RVMP knows the importance of shipping your new products quickly and accurately, and we make this a key priority in our business. The following provides additional information regarding our shipping policy and terms.
Your order tracking information will be sent to the email address that you used when you placed your order. If you have any issues locating your Order Confirmation or Order Tracking information, please contact us.
30 DAY SHIPPING POLICY
RVMP ships most shipments within a few days after purchase, but sometimes there can be delays in order fulfillment. Each order will ship no later than 30 days from the date of purchase. If this 30 day window is going to be exceeded, RVMP will contact the customer by email regarding the delay, and (1) provide the customer with a new shipping date and (2) allow the customer to cancel their order, should they choose to do so. Orders canceled in this manner will receive a full refund. RVMP, at its sole discretion, can also cancel any order that has not been shipped within 30 days from the date of purchase, and offer a full refund to the customer.
FREE SHIPPING WITHIN THE USA LIMITATIONS
RVMP ships most shipments within the USA for free, however shipments destined for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and all United States military bases are unfortunately not eligible for ‘FREE SHIPPING.’
SHIPMENTS OUTSIDE OF THE USA
Currently, RVMP only ships to the United States, Canada, Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, Guam, and FPO or APO addresses. Both the shipping and billing address must be an address in the United States, Canada, Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, Guam or a FPO or APO.
For shipments that originate within the US and are destined for Canada, the quoted shipping costs do not include all brokerage fees and duties. Taxes are also not included. All prices on our site are in United States Dollars (USD). Your credit card company will convert the USD charge to Canadian dollars.
SHIPPING TO A P.O. BOX
We offer shipping by Priority Mail for delivery to a Post Office Box. We only recommend the use of Priority Mail for shipment to FPO or APO addresses. Due to postal regulations, shipping is not available on some items. We recommend UPS shipping to work or neighbors’ addresses in most circumstances where a P.O. Box is the only valid shipping address.
SHIPPING TO AN ADDRESS THAT IS DIFFERENT THAN THE BILLING ADDRESS
We can ship orders to a different address from the address stated on the credit card statement. When placing your order simply enter your shipping information under the heading called “Ship To.” If the credit card billing information is different you can fill in the section under the heading called “Bill To”. It is very important you provide the billing information exactly as it appears on your credit card billing statement. Please allow additional time for us to process your order due to the additional security steps required when using a different ship to address.
TRACKING INFO SAYS "BILLING INFORMATION RECEIVED"
Usually if the tracking number states "Billing Information Received", the UPS label has been wrinkled or scratched, preventing UPS from being able to scan the item. However, when the tracking information shows ‘Billing Information Received” this does indicate the order has been shipped from our warehouse. When this happens we are not able to view the exact progress of the package, but our shipping partner is manually sorting and shipping the package. - Day after Thanksgiving - Normal pickup and delivery of all UPS service levels
- Dec 24th - Christmas Eve - etrailer closed, delivery of packages only
- Dec 25th - Christmas Day - UPS closed, no shipping or delivery of packages
- Dec 31st - New Year's Eve - Delivery and Pickup of air packages only, ground transit closed
- Jan 1st - New Year's Day - UPS closed, no shipping or delivery of packages
