Details
Made of strong 11 gauge steel and powder-coated black. The mounting holes for bolting to the RV are 32 1/2 inches across and 15 5/8 inches deep (I can make a figure for this) The mounting rack has an upper portion that bolts to the RV chassis and a lower portion which bolts to the generator. The upper portion and lower portion are separated by rubber isolators which reduce the vibrations from the generator being transferred to the RV chassis, which means less noise and vibration while running the generator. If the generator needs removed from the mounting rack, 8 bolts at the bottom of the generator can be removed to drop the generator for servicing/replacement without the need to remove the main mounting bolts at the top.

Mounting bracket

When replacing generator, I used existing bases mounted to underside of coach for an Onan. The RVMP bracket mounted to them without issue. The RVMP cross supports on the back of the bracket should be attached prior to installing generator, the holes match up easier that way.

RVMP Flex Power Metal Generator Mounting Rack

Well built and should last many year.

We had our new generator shipped in the mounting rack. Because of our application, we flipped the rack and turned it over for mounting on the floor rather than hanging from the upper supports. The process was easy. I suggest you consider placing holes in the completed rack so those who need to invert it could do so without drilling new holes.
