I had a great experience with Brian from your company, He worked with me to get this unit replaced, he also worked with me on trying to get my existing unit fixed before we figured out that we could no fix it. This unit is very easy to install and hook up.

Hands down one of the BEST companies I’ve had the pleasure to interact with. I have a newer rv and had a problem with the unit giving me a bad code. I originally gave the product a 1, more because I was pissed at Forest River. I didn’t want to deal with them anymore.
I was contacted out of the blue (on a weekend) by Brian. Was told exactly, we will make this 1 star into a 5. I was kinda shocked by that, that an owner would call and tell me that.
After trying a couple of unsuccessful fixes, they replaced my unit. This company went well above the norm to satisfy their customers.
A very pleasant experience. I would highly recommend them with ANY of your needs.

Better than expected

We installed this unit two weeks ago. The water heater works great with consistent water temperature. Our Class A required some retrofitting but the actual water heater installation was well explained in the online video and we had no trouble with the install. We selected this unit based on price and the positive reviews and we are very pleased. The fact that a real person answers the phone, is knowledgeable, and provides true customer service is invaluable! It also shipped the day we placed the order and we received it two days later, wow! We plan to buy another unit for our 5th wheel later this year.
